Please note that all parcels that you receive from us via UPS are fully insured. If your order appears to have been damaged as a result of UPS error, please be so kind as to call the UPS Damage Claims Department at 1-800-742-5877 and inform them of the damage.  UPS Damages Claims will need for you to recite the unique tracking number that is printed on the face of your original UPS shipping label (note: the tracking number can be found directly above the barcode and its sequence begins as follows: “1Z_ …..”) so as to properly expedite your insurance claim.  Upon reporting the damage to UPS, a representative from their organization will make arrangements with you to retrieve the damaged parcel, at your convenience and free of charge, and issue the appropriate insurance claim.  Please note that our company will be notified by UPS as soon as you have filed your damage claim and we will handle any and all paperwork that  is requested by UPS. Please be certain to retain all of the damaged parcel's original packing material for UPS review in the rare event that they desire to inspect the parcel.  We again apologize for the damage to your parcel and we will work closely with UPS to ensure that your claim is fully resolved expeditiously.”
